DISPUTES

The  Disputes Committee shall consist of the League Chairman, League Secretary,Results Secretary,League Treasurer and the Secretary(or her appointed deputy) from each club.This nominated member must not be either the Captain or Vice Captain involved in the protest.

9.1 The 2 Captains will make every effort to resolve disputes at the time of the match

9.2 Should the 2 Captains be unable to resolve a dispute the aggrieved club should protest to the League Secretary within 3 days of the match and confirm in writing no later than 6 days after the match. The protest will fail if these timescales are not met.

9.3 Clubs making the protest must make a payment of £5. This will be forfeited if the protest is lost and refunded if the protest is upheld

9.4 The League Secretary will convene the Disputes Committee within 3 weeks of the protest being registered. Their decision is final.

9.5 The decision made and any sanction to be applied must be confirmed back to the 2 clubs in writing within 3 days of the Dispute Committee reaching a decision

9.6 The 2 Captains should be invited to the venue but not present in the meeting to respond to any queries and questions thus ensuring the matter can be concluded in a single meeting.
