Formby Village proposed to amend Rule 2k to charge a greenage fee of £30.00 for the use of greens with floodlights for competitions, Rejected

Discussion to place with proposals from the floor to play the Lethbridge Cup mid season and play the Final the following Sunday, this means starting the season earlier in April

Eric to email out to all re changes to league & competition dates

Review of Fees for 2024

It was agreed that the fees remain at £55.00.

End of season comps,

 Ormskirk Pairs increased to £3.00 per person £6.00 per pair

Lethbridge Cup increased  £5.00 pp

Eric thanked all the committee for their work in making the season a success and all the clubs delegates for supporting the league.

Our  thanks to all clubs for the use of their green for the end of season competitons

Review of start times in May, it was agreed to leave the start times in May as they are, to avoid confusion with other league

Clubs without floodlights can change the start time provided both Captains agree.

Dog & Gun applied to enter a second team , Accepted

Aughton Institute have withdrawn from the league

There will be 20 teams playing in two division, with 10 teams in each and with 10 players per team

Fees for BCGBA will remain at £40.00

Fees for LCCGBA will remain at £35.00

AOB/matters arising

PARADIGM 1st Aid Training have offered to sponsor the league for 2024 with prize money for “winner best averages” in both Divisions

Note 

All Ormskirk teams WILL have floodlights this season so matches in April & August will start at 7pm
