Can I ask ALL Clubs who won trophies last season to make arrangements to return them to myself or  any other committee member asap please.

Tue 9th May
It’s been brought to the Leagues attention that Club members and captains are contacting SDBL officers direct. League procedure states that a query should initially be brought to the attention of a club secretary - it is then the Club secretary’s responsibility to raise a query with the applicable officer. If you fail to receive a response (due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances) your query should then be elevated to the Chairman
Competition and Vic Cooke Memorial Trophy queries should be directed to Dave Cooper and any registration queries to Tracey Deakin.

Could you please ensure your respective members are aware of this process.
