To All Club Secretaries and Team Captains
Can I remind you that any questions or issues with regard to registrations should be sent to Tracey Deakin. Any questions and issues regarding the Vic Cooke Trophy should be sent to Dave Cooper. This hasnt been happening with regards to Clubs withdrawing teams from the Vic Cooke Trophy and on at least 3 ocassions I have been notified by a third party. This has resulted in at least 1 venue not being informed that the game was off. Please make sure all Captains etc are aware of the process
Wed 12th MarThe Meeting has now taken place to set the Handicaps for the Vic Cooke Trophy Competition and the draw has been completed.
Any new players that are registered after this meeting will Not be eligible to play in the cup matches.
Supplymentary registrations can be sent to the Fixture Secretary (Tracey Deakin) via Email or telephone to be approved and entered up until 30th June.
