VIC COOKE TROPHY FINAL
Thw final of the Vic Cooke Trophy took place on Monday 29th September between Rudheath and Meadow Bank A. The game was played at Davenham BC on the green that was in wonderful condition. There was some excellent bowling from both teams with Rudheath eventually winning 170-149.
Many thanks to the committee and members of Davenham BC for their hospitality and to the players and supporters for making it a great evening.
Sun 31st AugSilver Jubilee Pairs Finals Day
The Finals day was held at Sandbach Park with 18 entries. The winners were Paul Morrey and Kevin Edwards from Crewe BC who beat fellow club players Keith Till and Steve Mickie 21 - 9 in the final.
The losing semi finalists were Allan Dawson and Tony Fournier from Barony Park along with Kevin Wood and Joe Maher from Crewe BC
A big thank you to everyone who attended the day and a special thanks to Bob Mellor Alex Banks Tracey and Steve Deakin who prepared the green and surrounding areas.
