Welcome to Bebington & District Bowling League.
All results are shown as soon as they are entered by the home team or when I receive them. To enter results you will need a password. Only Club Secretarys registered with the League as such can obtain one. They will be totally responsible for sharing it, i.e. with Team Captains and must change it on change of Secretary or Captain and will need to contact me to get a new password.
THE LEAGUE AGM WILL BE AT THE LEVER CLUB AT 7PM ON WEDNESDAY 19TH NOVEMBER 2025
Sad to report the passing of Dave Hulmston - a well known bowler on the Wirral.A fierce competitor and on his day an excellent bowler. Always stayed loyal to the Albany - joined them when just 15years of age! His bowling ability did take him to other clubs as well as the Albany - Hr Tranmere, Gladstone, Pensby and Brom Recs. Never one to withhold his opinion he always had an opinion! President of the Bebington league for 25 years and was honoured when made a Life President. Has his name on a few individual trophies and loved his bowls - also Life President of the Albany Club. Definitely will be remembered by all who crossed his path! Sadly dementia blighted his last couple of years though he still could tell tales of matches gone by, and bowling characters - of which he was certainly one. RIP Dave... or David as George O'Neil would say.
