Welcome to the Malpas Seniors Bowling League Results site.
This is an over 60's afternoon bowling league with most league matches played on Wednesday afternoons at 2pm. Clubs situated within a 13 mile radius of Malpas In Cheshire are eligible to apply.

It is with sadness that I am letting you know about Cliff Hopley's funeral which will take place at Hanmer Church on 30th April at 11:00am.
Cliff had been president of the Malpas Seniors League for many years and chairman before that.
Our condolences to family and friends.
Thu 14th May
Prelim round for the Cliff & Mary and Jim & Ivy knockout team doubles. All matches start at 1pm. To qualify, all players must have played at least 1 game in the appropriate singles league this season.

There has been a change to the Cliff and Mary Draw because GHH B have withdrawn. Please check the changes.
Wed 15th Apr
The draws have now been made for the Team knock-out doubles and the quarter finals as well as prelim match-ups are now available. Chris Nevitt will be contacting Clubs to arrange neutral greens. There are 4 prelims in the Cliff and Mary but only 2 in the Jim and Ivy.

Draft AGM minutes are now available under Document downloads, as are updated fees and charges.

Fixtures are now out. Please check them for anomalies or green clashes and let the secretary know ASAP if you spot anything.
Play starts on 1st April.

As advised at the AGM, the guidance on procedures to follow during hot weather has been uploaded to this site and can be found under the "Document Downloads" button.

The League AGM was held today and 3 new clubs were welcomed. They are Gresford Village, Esclusham and Coedpoeth. Draft minutes will be made available on the website in the next few days so member clubs can check what was decided.
This year there will be 2 divisions each with 13 teams. The League will start on Wed 1st April. Fixtures to follow in the next few days.
